Prevention Plan Subscription Terms

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the subscription service provided by SERIRED (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) under the Prevention Plan.
1.2. The subscription grants access to a specific range of services described in these Terms, including consultations with expert teams, ongoing recommendations for protecting an Amazon Seller account, and updates on Amazon policy changes.
1.3. By subscribing, the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) acknowledges and accepts these Terms.

2. Subscription Services

2.1. As part of the Prevention Plan subscription, the Agency provides the following services:
a) Expert Consultations for Amazon Warnings
– If the Client receives a notice from Amazon regarding a potential account suspension or restriction, they have the right to consult with the Agency’s specialists.
– Consultations include a situation analysis and recommendations for actions the Client can take to prevent or mitigate the effects of a suspension.
b) Regular Account Protection Recommendations
– The Client will receive periodic advice on best practices for minimizing the risk of account suspension, avoiding common suspension reasons, and meeting Amazon’s requirements.
– Recommendations will also include guidance on optimizing account performance to improve stability.
c) Amazon Policy Updates Monitoring
– The Agency tracks changes and updates in Amazon policies that may affect seller accounts.
– The Client will be informed about significant updates, allowing them to adjust their operations accordingly and avoid potential issues caused by policy changes.

3. Subscription Duration and Cancellation

3.1. The subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis, as specified on the Agency’s website.
3.2. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period (monthly or annual billing cycle).
3.3. To cancel the subscription, the Client must send a request via email or use the available options in the Client’s dashboard (if applicable).

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1. The Client is required to pay subscription fees based on the selected plan (monthly or annual) and the current pricing listed by the Agency.
4.2. All payments must be made in advance for the respective billing period.
4.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to subscription services or suspension of the subscription.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1. The Agency makes every effort to ensure that the information and recommendations provided through the subscription are reliable, up-to-date, and compliant with Amazon’s policies.
5.2. However, the Client acknowledges that Amazon has sole discretion over account suspensions and reinstatements, and the Agency is not liable for the effectiveness of the Client’s actions based on the received recommendations.
5.3. The Agency is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the Client based on the provided guidance or for any financial losses resulting from account suspensions or other Amazon actions.
5.4. The Client understands that they use the recommendations at their own risk and discretion, considering their unique business circumstances.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms and Services

6.1. The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, including changes in subscription pricing and services provided.
6.2. The Agency will notify the Client of any significant changes in Terms or pricing in advance via email or another agreed method.
6.3. Upon receiving notice of changes, the Client may:
a) Accept the changes and continue the subscription under the updated Terms, or
b) Cancel the subscription immediately, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. Personal Data

7.1. The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Agency’s privacy policy, available on the SERIRED website.
7.2. The Client agrees to receive subscription-related notifications and updates, particularly regarding Amazon policy changes or updates to the Terms, via the email address provided during registration.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency regarding the Prevention Plan subscription and supersede any previous agreements on the matter.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the subscription shall be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, they will be settled by a competent court based on the Agency’s registered location.
8.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
